Do not use “msg/ms”. Correct model: interval_ms between 2 messages · Android/SIM cannot sustain 1 msg/ms burst. Reference: Android ~30 SMS/30 minutes (non–default-SMS) · stable modem 1–3s/msg · SMSEagle queue + DLR.

When Active: each SMS reply into the Gateway (seat / org Inbox) is still stored on Name Century SMS Gateway and forwarded to the email you configure. Same login session — does not replace the Customer User console.
